As you head north, you'll eventually come across a satellite dish or communication tower structure. It's kind of lonely up there. The final Navia travel log is sitting right beside this satellite installation, overlooking the northern expanses of the region. Interact with it, take in the view, and celebrate! You've just secured 100% exploration for Navia (or at least cleared out all the tricky scenic points).
